CH Mack's Q Continuum
System to be Deployed in California
CINCINNATI – April, 2003 – CH Mack announced today that four more Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) in California have chosen the Q Continuum System™ as their software for care management. San Joaquin County (Stockton), Lake County, Ventura, and Santa Clara County (San Jose) are the AAA's who will increase their quality of care with Q Continuum System™.
