CINCINNATI – November 11, 2004 – CH Mack, Inc., a leading provider of integrated care management software for healthcare and human services organizations is pleased to announce that the Texas Aging Network continues to expand its use of Q Continuum System, the most widely used care management solution in Texas. After thoroughly researching the benefits provided to the rapidly growing base of CH Mack customers, additional Texas Area Agencies on Aging are selecting Q Continuum System to deliver better care to their clients, improve care management processes and reduce costs.
Health and human services providers within the Texas Aging Network are choosing to deploy Q Continuum System to increase the quality of care, provide services faster, serve more clients, improve communication with providers, comply with government reporting requirements, measure outcomes and reduce care management costs. Texas care management organizations that have recently joined the family of Texas Q Continuum System customers include the City of El Paso, Rio Grande Council of Governments and the Area Agency on Aging of Tarrant County. CH Mack is pleased to welcome these additions to the existing Q Continuum System consortium which includes Capital Area Council of Governments, Alamo Area Council of Governments, Bexar Area Council of Governments, Brazos Valley Council of Governments, Deep East Texas Council of Governments and the Area Agency on Aging of the Permian Basin.
"After a complete evaluation of the leading care management software solutions, designed to meet our client management and reporting needs, CH Mack's Q Continuum System emerged as the clear choice," said Glenda Rogers, Director of Aging Services, Capital Area Council of Governments. "As a result of the care management process improvements realized by the implementation of Q Continuum System, we have seen a significant increase in the amount of time we are able to focus on our clients and their needs. It has proven to be the most cost effective, efficient and reliable solution for us."
CH Mack has recently introduced several new features for the Texas Aging Network. For example, a new feature has been rolled out that will allow case managers to work with client records remotely. This feature, Check In/Check Out, supports a case manager's need to access information real-time in the field and eliminates costly manual data entry processes.
Additional new features include:
- FY05 NAPIS Reporting
- Comprehensive NFCSP Functionality
- Unduplicated Client Report
- Seamless Integration with the New SRT
A recent meeting of the Texas Q Continuum System Users Group was a huge success!
